Comics by The Gneech!
My first published comic was Whistling In the Dark, a fairly typical "wacky roommates in college" comic that ran in, you guessed it, my college newspaper (VCU's Commonwealth Times, to be specific). WitD is not currently viewable on the web anywhere, but I'll probably post highlights from it here one of these days.
NeverNever
NeverNever -- The story of the faeries at war with humanity, and of the humans who just don't notice.
I started preliminary work on NeverNever during one of Bill Watterson's various retirements of Calvin and Hobbes, but I forget which one it was. It wasn't until the advent of the webcomic as a viable medium that I really got excited about it, however. The credit for that particular inspiration can be given wholly to Bill Holbrook's Kevin and Kell, in fact.
NeverNever is currently being written by me and drawn by the incredible Susan Rankin, updating most Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The Suburban Jungle
The Suburban Jungle -- The life, loves, and career of aspiring supermodel and ferocious predator, Tiffany Tiger.
Suburban Jungle was actually started more or less on a whim. I think my exact words were, "I think it'd be fun to draw a furry comic." Oh, to be young and innocent again! Or at least young, anyway.
Suburban Jungle is currently updating most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with occasional "Grab Bag Saturdays". In the next few months, it will be ending in its current "comic strip" format and will take at least a year off. When it returns, it will be in comic book format.
Furry Art
My Jaxpad Gallery -- A gallery of my furry art.
Some more of my furry art. An older gallery that will eventually be folded into either this site or my Jaxpad gallery.
Still more of my furry art. Much older stuff here. It will also go away eventually.
Most of my furry art is Suburban Jungle-related, but a lot of it is random good-natured fun that stands alone. I'm always working on improving -- but it always seems like I have a long, long way to go.
